Shipping Info: How can I check my order status?

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are shipped within 5 working days (or within 5 days of release, if part of a pre-order). The delivery time will be dictated by your location.

Return Policy: If an item is damaged or faulty, contact us via Bandcamp or Facebook Messenger (facebook.com/jublband) to let us organise a replacement.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization.

We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the CD, try on the underwear, let your cat sleep on the hoodie, etc.
